Subscription/Cancellation Policy

Subscription Enrollment

Subscriptions are optional and apply only when you expressly select a subscription purchase option. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring billing.

The product, price, delivery frequency, recurring charges, and any minimum commitment are disclosed before enrollment.

Recurring Billing

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are included as disclosed.

We will provide advance notice of changes to recurring charges and obtain further consent where required by law.

How to Cancel

You may cancel future subscription renewals through the subscription-management link provided with your subscription or through your customer account where available. For assistance, contact support@motherholistic.com

Cancel before your next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged.

Orders Already Charged

To request cancellation of an order already charged, contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
